We are asking for Sponsorship in cash or in supplies to assist with the expenses which we have budgeted to be in the $45,000 range. To give you some idea of supplies needed, we are looking for items such as goodies to go in the competitor bags when they check in and raffle prizes to generate further funds.
We do not make a profit on this event as any excess funds are used to help those that qualify to compete at Nationals which will be held in Sussex, New Brunswick this year, so expenses for the competitors are expected to be high this year.
We have the following Sponsorship Levels:
- First Tier $50 - Your company name will appear in our Competitor Catalogue.
- Second Tier $100 – Your company name and logo will appear in our Catalogue.
- Third Tier $200 – Same as the second tier, but will also be included in our Spectator Information brochures as well as your name, logo and website linked to ours.
- Fourth Tier $500 And Above – Same as the third tier, but will also have access to a 12 x 12 Vendor Booth and will permit signs (2ft x 10 ft max.) to be placed around the competition rings.
To give you some idea of the exposure you would be getting, there will be over 300 dogs with handlers competing and we expect to see around 2,000 spectators based on the 2003 Regionals that we hosted. We are also able to provide you with a tax receipt since we are registered with the Minister of Finance as a non-profit organization.
